What is Virtual Organizing? Virtual Organizing is the innovative process of helping you to become organized remotely using technology such as telephone, email, digital photos, videos, and video calls. Similar to on-site organizing sessions, Virtual Organizing includes structured planning, space-saving arrangements, product suggestion lists, and various organizing tips. The only difference is you do the physical organizing and we provide off-site virtual support.
Ideal for: - Folks who do not have any physical limitations. - Folks who are motivated to do the organizing themselves, but need/want guidance on what to do and how to do it. - Folks who have access to the internet in your home. - Folks who are comfortable using video call platforms such as Zoom (preferred), Skype, Google Hangout (open to other video call/meeting platforms).
A virtual organizing service includes: - Two video call meetings with your professional organizer (Intro/Tour meeting and Wrap-up meeting). - A detailed plan of action will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your Intro/Tour meeting. - A follow-up call to discuss the plan of action. - unlimited email access to answer any questions or concerns throughout the process. - Your professional organizer, Kelsey, will provide expert advice throughout the organizing process while you do the physical work. Think of your organizer as the project manager of your space! - Provide you a customized suggested shopping list for your space. - Provide you with relevant resources for donations pick-up/drop-off.
